The Sisterhood and The Brotherhood both smashed the World Record for English Channel Crossing

Due to security concerns Kate Middleton was unable to take part with the Sisterhood in its crossing of the English Channel - but her team and their competition ‘The Brotherhood’ crossed the Channel in record time.
The male Brotherhood crew crossed from Dover to Calais in three hours 30 minutes and the female Sisterhood finished 12 minutes behind.
The Beauty v Brawn cross-Channel challenge was raising money for the Babes in Arms charity which sponsors research into birth abnormalities.
